This post is in response to many requests for a comprehensive list of PvE buffs that can be stolen in Wrath of the Lich King.
The post is in three sections: World, Dungeon, and Raid. I have listed to buff as well as the mob that uses it.

A fun one is spellstealing the Charged Skin ability from the humanoids (can't remember what they are called).

Get in close, start doing an AoE and WATCH YOUR THREAT!. The AoE dps is insane with it.

You mean the
Ring-Lord Conjurers
in the Oculus.
Of the top of my head, I know there are various buffs you can spellsteal in Ulduar:
Thorim
encounter, Phase 1, adds in the Arena:

Renew
from
Dark Rune Acolyte
(can be cast on mobs other than the caster as well)

Runic Mending
and
Runic Shield
from
Dark Rune Evoker
(the first ability can be cast on mobs other than the caster as well, the second one is a self-buff only)

If you steal a castable spell, what is the mechanism to cast it? Do you end up with a pointer cursor on the mouse and have to select someone immediately?

Castable just means that it may be stolen from a mob other than the listed source. Quick exmple: Mob A puts it on Mob B, Mob C, and itself, spellsteal from all 3, even though Mob A is the only caster.

I completely forgot to list my favorite spellsteal-able buff from Burning Crusade:
Zul'Aman
The
Haste
buff from the
Amani'shi Flame Casters
Nothing beats running around like a mad man, shooting Arcane Missiles like you were sporting a Mini-gun. Closest feeling to Al Pacino in Scarface you can get in WoW! ;)
There are also a lot of buffs that you can spellsteal during the Faction Champions encounter in Trial of the Crusader, like Thorns, Blessing of Freedom, Hand of Protection and a lot more. Too many to all look up and link, but definitely worth noting. The HoT's can not be spellstolen unfortunately, as that would be pretty overpowered running around with HoT's that heal you for 40k a sec.

Theres also a core hound one in one of the BC instances...i cant remember for the life of me which instance though. One of the ones in Terrokar Forrest i believe.
Your link for Dusk Shaman links to the Lycanthropy spell, the proper link is

The mob that transforms into a core hound that your referring to is found inside the Shadow Labyrinth and are called
Cabal Zealots
, the spell in question is
Shape of the Beast
.

Dont forget it stacks and i keep this buff up till we pull the boss for some extra burst ontop of the already insane burst we get as arcane.
