Use
Sigil of Awareness
and this
spec.
Rotation is semi priority, Keep Diseases Up, Turn blood runes into death runes, use oblit, frost strike if KM is up, HB if Rime is up, HB might hit harder than Frost Strike if your weapons are kinda weak, anything under 232 really. In this case, use HB if KM and Rime are up.
I use event alert to monitor procs for me, works like a charm.
