If you're going for a MS build take all the points out of KotJ, NI, and Imp Mangle and 2 out of Furor.
Put 5 in Naturalist, this should be considered a must have.
Put 3 in Infected Wounds, also a must have.
Put 1 in OoC, it helps in situations where rage isn't a luxury and is only 1 point.
On hard hitting bosses OoC is next to useless, on content you outgear but that's still capable of killing party members if given the chance or while soloing it's priceless.
What else would you do with that last talent point, floss your ass?

when im tanking heroics i normally dont have rage issues. but if i find myself rage starving i usualy sit down. i really can´t explain why but that tends to give me some rage usualy. either that or i just tank i my dps gear. havent noticed me rage starving when doing that
and as neveryevery said. just as the current pack your tanking is about to die. just stop using specials and white attack them. and let the rage stack up so you have a buffert when you pull the next time

Just popping in, sitting gives you rage because attacks while sitting are automatic crits regardless of crit reduction.

obviously i only do this if i feel it is safe to do so. aka not on a 25 man raid boss :) mostly during trash in heroics where the only place i usualy notice rage starving
