So iam looking for some new trinket(s) for my boomkin and resto specs.. My goal atm moment would be to get

Nevermelting Ice Crystal is better for moonkin than the Fetish.
Ephemeral Snowflake is generally better than Ice Crystal for Resto but you already have Spark of Hope, so you're probably doing ok on regen. You'll really want some SP from your trinkets, so I'd go with Ice Crystal, except on fights where you're really pushing your mana, then switch to Snowflake.
Are you hit capped without Dying Curse?

In general i don't have any problems with mana... With the right buffs i get around 1100 mana reg while not casting and somewhat, 550-650 while casting, only a few fights gives me problems... With Dying Curse iam at 13.50%, and getting 4% from talents... With a respec then i should be hit capped even without it... Also notice that i have no gems for hit rating so i can easely get there if i want too.... Iam working on replacing rare gems for epic gems too...

Nevermelting Ice Crystal is poor due to the proc. Illustration of the Dragon Soul or Eye of the Broodmother would be good.
Nevermelting Ice Crystal's proc shouldn't be discounted for Resto though. If you've got 4t9 and you're rolling Rejuvs hitting the Crystal's proc gives you a full 20 seconds of significantly higher crit chance on your Rejuvs (since Rejuv crits won't actually reduce the value).
In the end, there are better pieces. But if it's all you've got, it's actually not as bad as you might think.
