Blade of the Empty Void Quest in Icecrown.

of the Brooding Fury Quest in Zul' drak. Both are fairly easy to get though the sword is part of a chain of quests. The axe however is a grab and go quest.

Why are you looking at either of these for tanking weapons? There are much much better tankings weapons that are so easily available, I'd pass on both. run H ToC for the Peacekeeper blade of regular FoS for the Lucky Old Stun as mentioned above.
If you had to choose only one because there was no other conceivable option, take the Tankard for the threat gain and the tiny +Agi. And then, when people yell at you, you can let them know that it's your RP set and you left your other weapon in the bank before they drop group.
So to summarize, no.
