Rate my Bear

Hi, first i want to say thanks for the answers and the people with the stickies, they help me to build my bear.

I am new to tanking ( 2 months) but i have a holy priest, so i know every raid well and help me to get gear easy.

I have tank first wing in icc 10 with no problem, now i am trying the second wing.
My guild master worries if i can handle festergut and roteface, i get some gear and i have my stamina up a little.
My question is, i am ok for that wing, need to change anything?

Armory (fixed link)

Take 3 out of Imp Mangle and 2 out of Furor.

Can put them into either-
Natural Shapeshifter+Master Shapeshifter
or
King of the Jungle and either Brutal Impact, Shredding Attacks, or Nurturing Instinct

Get mongoose on your weapon.
You're over the exp soft cap so you can change the glove chant to a heavy borean armor kit or major agil.

Here's what I perceive as currently known BiS. (the neck most assuredly has a 6 stamina bonus making it comparable to the 8 agil head bonus)
