Ok, as far as crafting goes, lets assume you have an unlimited budget. The WoWhead database doesn't have the new 3.3 Ashen Verdict craftables, so I will link the ToC craftables, which are still very good choices. These are just off the top of my head, there may be other choices with better itemization, but I am going by superior item level.
First of all, get the head, legs, and shoulders Tier 9.1, via EoTs dropped in every at level instance.
Chest (crafting)
Bracers (crafting)
Gloves (Marwyn, HHoR) (Superior to the tier 9.10 gloves, b/c the 4-p bonus is kindof crap for Disc)
Cloak (Tyrannus, NPoS)
Boots (Tyrannus, HPoS)
Belt (Lich King, HHoR)
Main Hand (Garfrost, HPoS)
Off-Hand (Lich King, HHoR)
Wand (Falric HHoR)
Necklace (Bronjam, HFoS)
Ring 1 (Lich King, HHoR)
Ring 2 (EoT Vendor x35)
Trinket 1 (EoT Vendor x50)
Trinket 2 (Tyrannus, HPoS)
Really, when choosing an item, just be sure to itemize Spellpower above all, usually followed by Crit, then Haste. Intellect will naturally evolve when you upgrade itemlevels, but be weary about loosing too much mana if you try to side-grade something. Also, Haste isn't necessarily bad, and I may have itemized to much Crit in the above options, but I will let you decide that...
