Little help please

Okay, so i'm a hunter noob. I like playing them, but i'm not very good. So, i know my spec isnt typical to leveling. Im trying marksmen at the moment, i was BM before.

Heres my armory, tell me a couple things such as good spec for my level (Round it up to 40 please) and where around a good place is to level for a little bit.

uhh well im really tired but lvling to 40 is easy just do quest chains in whatever area you want especially LFG feature makes instances a whole lot easier than back in my day of lvling . . spec doesnt really matter a whole lot while lvling until to get higher (into 60's and 70's) but there are skills you want to make sure to pick up like readiness and TSA which will increase your overall AP (always nice) head to outlands at 58 and northrend at 68 or so
