Or, you could wag the dog, by watching for ruthlessnes to proc and throw up a 1cp rupture preemptively if you know HfB is going to drop before your target and still have time to maximize your remaining HfB time before you need to refresh it. Think of it as a good investment.
What I mean to say is, with all my bars, timers, and flashing icons if I know I have to do something I have all the tools to do it right.
