[Profiler][Bug] Rune of the Stoneskin Gargoyle ignored

From what I can tell after having played around with it on several profiles, Rune of the Stoneskin Gargoyle is being completely ignored for defense calculations. (I can't speak to whether it's doing the same for Nerubian Carapace.)
It doesn't contribute to the stamina or health of the profiler character either.
It's worth ~123 rating = 25 skill = 1% dodge/parry/miss before DR and 1% crit reduction.
Due to 3 seperate stats effecting crit reduction it's always safer and easier to go off the actual percentage rather than ratings or skill levels.
crit reduction from defense + crit reduction from resilience + crit reduction from talents = total crit reduction percentage
You require 5.6% to be crit immune in PvE as an 80 vs a raid boss (83)
You need 4.6% crit reduction from gear before forging your weapon with SSG to be crit immune.
But yes, it'd be more convenient to the majority of the wowhead community of they were reflected in the stats.

In case it helps, I can confirm that it is affecting Rune of the Nerubian Carapace (on one weapon or on both) in the same manner.
The trouble is deeper than just these two enchantments. The problem is that when an enchantment increases something by a %, we don't know at what point in the calculations that occurs (since there are like 50 possible places). Right now, any enchantment with a % increase will cause the same trouble.
