What are your goals? Obviously, you're not going to be doing any questing or dungeons... I have to assume you just want to heal in BG's?
I don't know enough about PVP Disc specs to chime in if this is the case. :-( Please elaborate on what you want this for.

It depends what your goal is... Leveling solo, leveling as a healer in instances, BGs, etc...
Look at guides, either

If you're going to focus on PvP, go 51 points in Discipline, something like

Honestly? Go Shadow. at lvl 60 Shadow is amazing for 1v1. I can't remember the last time I actually lost a 1v1 that wasn't against a warrior in bladestorm.
Either way, if you're very set on Disco, try at 51 point disco spec. You really need that penance. Someone else can point you in that direction, I just wanted to suggest shadow.
