Is is possible to request a reset of ALL of my excluded quests so I can go back through more carefully and do my exclusions. I'm kind of irked at my accidental exclusions or that Blizzard's API marked 2 quests as complete when I completed 1, and I'm really not liking the +x in my quest log.
I understand if not, but if there's a way to just flip a switch on my character and reset it all, that would be awesome. :)

I third that! This has annoyed me a great deal the last days, as some quest, like the OP mentioned, get marked as completed by Blizzard even though I didn't complete that particular one.
The quest "An Earnest Proposition" is a good example of this. I excluded all but the hunter version prior to completing it, but now that I have, there's nine versions of this showing up as complete.
Other than that, I must say I love the profiler. I have been wanting a way to track quests like this for years! (Yeah, I know it haven't been possible to make it before because of Blizzard not letting you query the server for quests)
Anyway, keep up the awsomeness! =)

I think the best way to handle the exclusions is to show all excluded quests under excluded. If that quest is excluded but complete, it would ALSO show in the complete (+x) list as well. And then in both places it would have the star to show that it was completed and excluded. If it's in the excluded tab, we can then reinclude it. It's really frustrating that I can't do anything about the quests display of (+x). It doesn't bother me as much with the automatic exclusions for like titles, mounts, etc, because I can reinclude them using the Manage Exclusions button if I really wanted to.
Love the tool. Hate that my sensibility is messed up by the stupid little + sign.
