Hood is ugly, 2piece bonus i love, 4piece i dont know yet but 18% extra damage for 30sec duration is pretty nice but might give treath problems after the images duration.
I dont like the red color of the 264 set the purple is much nicer.

IMO t10 looks awesome! the 2/4 piece both kick ass. unfortuantly i would have like the see the pants or gloves itemized towards haste.. but overall not too bad @ all =]

Last I checked, Draenei horns do not protrude from the T10 helmet, unless you're playing a female avatar. My own is male.
But to answer your question more directly, I do quite like the T10 look, despite the goofy fit on a Draenei model. The armor was quite clearly designed with Elves in mind, so that might be the reason for the odd look.
