The closest thing I found was this chart, but it's not quite what I'm looking for.
Raid-Buffed MM:
+20 Agil = 25 AP & 12 Crit Rating
Deadly +4 Agil = 17 AP & 16 Crit Rating
Deadly +6 Agil = 20 AP & 20 Crit Rating
Deadly +12 AP = 24 AP & 16 Crit Rating
Deadly +6 Crit = 12 AP + 22 Crit Rating
Raid-Buffed SV:
+20 Agil = 34 AP & 14 Crit Rating
Deadly +4 Agil = 24 AP & 20 Crit Rating
Deadly +6 Agil = 28 AP & 21 Crit Rating
Deadly +12 AP = 29 AP & 17 Crit Rating
Deadly +6 Crit = 17 AP + 23 Crit Rating
I'm looking for equations, really.
Getting really technical here, but what is the mathematical breakdown of socketing Deadly Ametrines into +4/6/8 Agility, as well as +12/16 AP bonus, specifically for SV and MM.

Wherever you found this char, what does "raid buffed" mean exactly?
Hmm...good question. I guess whoever made that table didn't specify 10 or 25 man buffs, nor what buffs exactly. At least I didn't see anything saying specific buffs.

The only raid buff that has a different effect on gems/enchants is Kings because it favors base stats (agi, int) over derived stats (crit, AP).
For SV, you get +15-18% agility from talents depending whether you take points in Hunting Party. For MM, you get +4% agility from Combat Experience. Both specs get an additional +10% from Blessing of Kings.
Since the base conversion is 1 agi = 1 AP + 0.55 crit for hunters and druids, it's a better stat on its own regardless of talents or Kings. This is why we always gem agility rather than straight AP or crit.
Full SV gets 26.5-29.8% increase of agility. Bear in mind this range is based on how many points you have in Hunting Party (remember LR+HP talents are multiplicative with Kings). This gives 1 agi >= 1.26 AP + 0.71 crit, so you're better off gemming straight agility unless there's a yellow socket bonus of +8 agi. I haven't seen yellow sockets with a bonus this good even on ICC gear, so it looks like SV should be straight agility---unless you need hit, in which case Glinting Ametrines can grab some of those yellow socket bonuses for you.
This doesn't even account for the bonus AP you get from Expose Weakness, which makes agility even better for SV. Basically, there is no reason to have Deadly Ametrines as SV.
MM on the other hand gets +14.4% agility from talents and Kings. This makes 1 agility equal to 1.144 AP and 0.63 crit. A yellow socket bonus of +6 agility makes Deadly Ametrines look appealing from a pure derived-stats perspective, especially considering the added benefit MM gets from Piercing Shots. You'd still be better off using Glinting Ametrines to pick up the socket bonuses if you need hit (and then gemming/enchanting for agility elsewhere).
You can add weights to the stats that are typical for hunters if you like, which generally favors AP over the itemization-equivalent amount of crit. If you "rebalance" the value of agility this way, it probably pushes Deadly Ametrines out of the picture for MM as well.
