Account hacked

hey all

my account was hacked last night,

they cleaned me out on my 80 pally left me with nothing but my tier gear, even took stuff out the gb which ill have to pay for.

the insult was on my 75 dk they left me with nothing but a stick which they had to go out and buy from somewhare.

blizz said the gm will contact me to get the stuff back, am i going to have to tell them every item that was removed or can they tell what has been removed.

They may well have logs (for Armory) on the stuff you had.

My warrior was hacked nearly a year ago, all I was left with, was the gear I had on at the time and 450 mining! :D

My bank was wiped out, which included some of my old vanilla epics I had raided for, but there we go :(

EDIT: Order an authenticator pronto.

By own exprience, not even so long ago. I would state that you will most likely get about 99% of the items/enchants/emblems/etc back. Least I did, I had only one character cleaned though. Left me up on 80 paladin with half dps, half protection gear. Even if they were joking, I missed the joke :(

My account was recently compromised (shortly after ordering an authenticator... oh the irony...) & has just been fully returned to me. The account was lost on the 7th, so has taken around two weeks to get everything back (just nice to be back to normal now :D).

Didn't have to list anything and I believe everything is back (minus some socketed gems & enchants but that's hardly the end of the world!).
