If you have all that awesome gear which always scales with your level, do you really think the build you go with matters much?

Just follow the MM build(7/57/7) from stickies, since It's designed for dungeons/raids mostly.

Before you hit 60, it really doesn't matter. Your base abilities are powerful, and combined with the stats on BoA gear they'll make you a wrecking ball.
Neither MM nor SV is very compelling without the upper-tier abilities. For MM, these would be Marked for Death (5/5) and Chimera Shot, while SV would be Black Arrow and Explosive Shot.
I would suggest remaining BM at least until Outland, probably until Northrend. If you can afford dual-spec at 40, it might be worthwhile if you want to try the "raid DPS" style.
Your pet will not be able to hold aggro if you're not BM.
Getting Misdirection at 70 helps, but it's on a 30-second cooldown.
Pre-80, you'll want to go MM for raid-style DPS in instances. There are 15-18 points every raid build puts into MM, and you won't get the signature abilities from SV at lower levels if you pick up those core talents in MM.
In the 7/57/7 MM build, the BM and SV talents are the lower priority so you're free to race up the MM tree to Chimera Shot. Rapid Recuperation and Rapid Killing are highly recommended to keep your mana up and avoid wasting time in Viper/drinking.

This is not true, u get aimed shot a 20 as MM and focused aim is insanely awsome while lvling. plus the higher crit chance/damage.
if u play MM get focused aim its the one that adds to hit, its one of the best lvling talents.
I leveled primarily as MM---without Focused Aim. On regular mobs, 3% hit doesn't really mean much. DPS in groups is easy with or without it. It's about as "meh" as you can get for a leveling talent.
I have lvled my hunter as pure MM, other hunters i have tried as BM and couldn't stand it and always quit. With BoA bow/gun it will be really good since ur weapon will be always above par. Pet dont have much of a problem hold aggro for any spec till later and by then u have feign death.
If you're not pulling aggro off your pet constantly as MM, you're either holding back your DPS on purpose or you're not very good at DPSing. Aggro will be even more of a problem with the BoA gun since it's even more damage concentrated in the hunter rather than the pet.
MM/SV pets are also far more likely to die trying to tank an elite. Depending on OP's play style, this may not matter.
I went MM for the most part because I found the challenge entertaining and got to practice my kiting. BM was somewhat boring---but that does not in any way change the fact that BM is by far the easier leveling spec.
