Vamp Blood is a pretty sexy cooldown, and can make your healers happy campers. Here are a few good examples of a wonderful time to pop the spell
You are tanking an instance and hit 35% health
You are tanking Loken? (Last boss of HoL) and he starts to wind up a Lightning Nova, you're at 80%
You are about to taunt Gormok in ToC, Pop Icebound AND Vamp Blood the second time around, his impale gets stronger.
You are about to taunt Any boss that requires switch tanking. This extra health boost and incoming healing boost will help out immensely while heals switch.
You take aggro on a Death Ward in ICC and no other tank is standing there with you.
Whats his name on the Gunship Battle hits 3 or 4 stacks of the buff and you're tanking him
Tanking any boss and you hit 50%
The list goes on, the concept remains unchanged. Hope these ideas help.
