Where is this FAQ, if you don't mind me asking? I'm still kinda new here.

Concerning the question:
Affliction will receive an approximately 4.3% damage increase assuming that roughly 65% of their damage is derived from spells that benefit from shadow embrace and 30% of damage is comprised of shadow bolts which I don't think is unreasonable.
Destruction will receive a 1.3% damage increase assuming that approximately 10% of their damage is via their imp. If the proposed conflag buff goes through (and it means going back to 100% of immo dot damage as conflag, rather than a 40/40 split dd/dot) it'll bring up the benefit to around 4.3% - balancing the benefits out
Remember, this isn't confirmed and could be subject to change by the powers that be

to my knowledge there has been no further information since the original blue post stating that lock damage was low across the board and explaining their
ideas
for countering that.
the demo change (a buff to spell damage NOT spell power!) was part of that proposed post so i think it's probably safe to assume that if these changes go through the demo one will be included.
that demo change, btw, fits with the same percentage size of a buff as affliction. a 5% buff to caster but not pet.
it would be nice to see demo get a little bit more than the other specs but i may well be biassed by recent experience.
edit: just to add that i've not been able to find a source for a conflag buff that malignant mentions.
they have discussed raising the conflag DoT portion to 40% from the current 20% but this is a further nerf to burst in PvP and is not a change to PvE at all.

Yea I was going on the assumption that they were buffing conflag back to 100% of immolate based on the ideas publicised for warlock changes because right now destruction is benefiting least from them
