An idea I had while looking at the in-game wow talent tree, and the Wowhead one.
Why not have a display at the bottom that shows what kind of stat gains you would obtain from the current spec build?
For example, lets say you put 5 points into
Cruelty
. You'd then have a read out on the bottom of the talent calc. that said "+5% Melee Crit."
Something similar to what the Mastery preview did, although I don't know how valid the idea is since it may be implemented anyways through said mastery.
