Just a quick suggestion:
If X amount (where X is a number you deem fit) of Premium Members (you can expand this to include users with high post counts or veteran signup dates) flag a post, it gets thrown into a "Limbo" forum that only moderators/admins can view, pending deletion or re-insertion.
The majority of us wish to help. If we knew that our reports could quickly clean up the forum spam, I think a lot more of us would be more likely to use the report button proactively.

There is no need for this. You can just click
Report > Spam
. Or you can
Report > Other
then type in your issue. It goes directly to an admin/moderator, and they are normally quick about taking care of it.

Yeah, we usually pick these things up pretty quickly, I thought. If you feel that's not the case we can consider other options, but I was pretty pleased with our response time.
