Defensive Stance
is quested at level 10 from a Warrior Trainer. (See the comments for further details.)
The Islander
is the quest for Berserker Stance at level 20, with your Warrior Trainer giving you a breadcrumb quest to see the quest giver.

That is the alliance quest. Couldn't find the horde one anywhere. But the level requirement is 30, not 20.
