I want to know witch is the way to find the best char on a server?
Like a top of chars or something.

I'm not exactly sure how you define 'best' but you could try using
the wowhead profiler
and then selecting the realm you want and sorting by score.

Honestly there are too many factors to really find the best player on a realm.
1-Pve or Pvp?
2-Gear isent everything, and you cant measure skill.
2-How would you compair tanks to heals to dps?

Best bet to get close to this is to find the best guild on the server.
So checking rankings wowjutsu.com or wowprogress.com.
Then from there, find the person in that guild with the highest gearscore - though this is possible going to be their MT, but check them all out. No doubt there will be a DPS in the top 5 in that guild.
Whilst this isn't going to give you the best player, it's going to help. If a player is raiding ICC25, then they're probably going to be quite good and if they've got the gear then they are likely to be doing it often enough to get those lootz.
