the point is its highly unlikely it has ever happened like that, as opposed to you being the one using the potion and being (rightfully) whined at
Making assumptions is the first step towards failure. I hardly ever duel and when I do, it's because I'm waiting for something else. So no, I never come prepared. I have never used a potion in a duel, but that's only because I hardly ever carry any with me. When I lose a duel because of a potion, the first thing I'll do is get some potions myself. Unless I'm not interested in more duels at that moment.
I play to win, others play to whine. I'm not bothered by it, though. Someone starts whining at me I just picture a redheaded 12 year old fuming out of his ears while screaming at his monitor and laugh it off.

Shad is it possible for you to post without trying to trump anyone?
Im all for anythings goes. Pots, trinkets, CDs, prof tools, ect. If its in my aresnal imma use it. If someone doesnt use what they have thats their choice. If someone wants to pop their CDs and nuke someone, again thats their call. If ppl say something about popping pots, CD, trinkets, ect, no one said that they couldnt use theirs as well. Most ppl dont carry pots on them, and most alchs have some one the, and usually a buff.
Blowing CDs is something to be expected. Same for Prof tools and trinkets. Pots are an unexpected. And any good pvp'er expects the unexpected does their best to adjust to the wild card just played

He doesn't try... it just sort of.. happens 0.o
congratulations goshad... you've infected yet another post with your bull!@#$ mentality "because i say it's right it is, you are all stupid" logic.
You can't exactly question his logic, its his delivery that's flawed.
That sums up shad lol

Ok ive got a debate, and I still think i made good points. On pg 3 we got into it about Pots. I sited the Rage pots. You say warriors dont need rage to perform, and that they dont follow the guidelines to be relevent in the debate.
Warriors dont need rage to perform? Yes they do. They cant use their abilities without rage, nor can Bear druids. So, with that in mind it has relevence. Its defined to warriors and bear druids. Its not a health stone or a mana gem, but its still a warrior/bear tool

All is fair in Love and War...and this is WARcraft after all.
I have not (and hopefully will not) ever complain because I lost. Not in PvE, not in BG's, not in Arena, not in a duel. Every time I have lost in any aspect of the game, I take time after to reflect on "what can I do to win this same encounter NEXT time". The times when I did/have QQ'ed, I was being a noob end of story.
If you want to pot...Fine with me.
If you want to pop every one of your cool-downs....Fine with me.
I will take it one step futher...if you are NOT willing to give me 100% of what you can do in a duel then don't put the flag down, I don't want to duel you.
Dueling can be a great tool in learning what various classes can/can not do against you in other forms of PvP (Bg's/Arenas). If the people you are dueling against aren't putting 100% effort into it, you are not going to learn anything (or at least as much) so (imo) why bother?
People who complain because the lose are losers....peroid. They will remain losers until the stop with the "QQ" and start with the "learn how to gear/enchat/play thier toon". This is true in duels, ture in Bg's, and true in Arena's.
Thats the best post ive seen so far. And it seems like there are more ppl that like the 'All is game' PoV. And this post explains it all

BUT...you need to let me know
before
you toss a flag my way, or
before
you accept a flag I toss yours.
I would agree with this. Nobody ever wanted to make special rules before a duel with me though, so it has never happened.
Also, just ignore goshadstep2lose. You won't change his opinion. Probably just arguing for the sake of argument. But he's in for a rude awakening should he ever transfer to my server.
