Mongoose has a similar effect to beserking but almost no enchanters have it due to that only a boss is kara drops it. But if you can get it i heard its good to have 1 of both.
Moroes drops mongoose 100% of the time now, and fwiw it really only takes 2-3 to kill him, this is also a good oppurtunity to farm Attumen's mount.

1) mongooses effect is nothing like beserkers effect
2) plenty of enchanters have it, it isnt now, nor was it ever hard to get
