"Read the stickies" is starting to get overused lately. there is nothing inherently wrong with the OP's build and reading the stickies wont actually change anything. The only actual 'problem' is he/she is overestimating their gear.
use "read the stickies" for when reading the stickies will actually fix something please.

Is it my rotation that is the problem? What is the haste cap? Maybe I need more gear with haste in it? Am I gemmed right? Since I am over the hit cap, I am looking for gear with haste, spell power, and crit. I know I need to update my gear, but should I be dpsing around 6k dps with this gear I have on right now? Thanks.
All those answers can be found in the stickies fmatt. If that wasn't the case I wouldn't have pointed him in that direction.
Talents And Rotation
. Check.
Proper Gemming
. Check.
Haste Cap/Stat weightings/Where haste falls in those weightings.
Check.
