that. arent u guys tired of the wotlk maces? they re all ugly spiked clubs. id love to see those big 2 handed hammers again like

The itemization on Hammer of the Naaru is some crap. No wonder Ret was no kind of dps class pre 3.0.
@op: I feel you, it seems like (from a Warrior point of view) it's axes and polearms today. I would love to get a good hammer or sword. I loved my Lionheart Executioner in BC.

Uuhhh... Lionheart looks like crap. Worse than Skill Herald or Mooncleaver. Drakefist or whatever it was is the best.

Except ret paladins, for which the hammer was made, needed that intellect for mana. Because no mana=no dps.

Yeah, hammers look kind of crap these days. actually all the gears look kind of crap -_- hopefully cataclysm items will look cooler.
truth.
its not just the hammers. i think everyone is getting tired of fighting in a cavemans dress. bc items might have been a bit sparkly, but at least they were epic, not some rotting leather scrap with a tusk, tada, model for 80% of all helmets.
