I was thinking of a spam macro for destro locks:
Something like:
/cast conflagrate
/cast chaos bolt
/cast incinerate
This to always keep backdraft buff up as much as possible, else it would cast CB or incinerate.
CB first if possible then incinerate for spamming...
Perhaps /castsequence is a better way?
Then my rotation would be:
Life Tap (Rank 1) > Immolate > CoE (if needed) > Spam macro untill immolate needs reapplying...

Come up with a macro yourself, then post it THEN we will help you if you get it wrong. We are not your slave and just need to say "make me a macro, chop chop".

Awwww...can't we taunt him with a castsequence?
/castsequence reset=target/4 Immolate,Incinerate,Conflagrate,Chaos bolt
Stacks an Immolate for the bonus damage on Incin...
Castsequences aren't the most efficient, but hey, if you want to use one button for all that...

Could always just use modifiers to reduce the amount of clutter on-screen:
#showtooltip
/cast Immolate; Conflagrate; Chaos Bolt; Incinerate
Better to have complete control of your abilities than to leave it all to chance on rotations screwing up or being resisted.
