Also, you should (have) put a Purified Dreadstone in the blue slot in your chest piece. 12 SP + 2 SP (spirit conversion) + 7 SP (Socket) = 21 SP vs. 23 SP from a runed cardinal ruby. The mana regen from spirit is worth more than 2 SP. You might even want to put two in your staff. Your mana regen is pretty low.
For yellow sockets with a good bonus (like your belt and boots), you should probably be using Reckless Ametrine. Int isn't a stat that we gem for and you're still under the cap for haste.
You might also want to try to pick up the Ephemeral Snowflake out of H HoR and/or the Solace of the Defeated out of 25ToC. Muradin's Spyglass is pretty useless for you as a healer since crit is of negligible use (especially without 4t9) and the proc only happens on spell damage.

This just isn't true in ICC 25, which he appears to be doing.
And yes, Eye of the Broodmother is still a pretty darn good trinket for trees.

But, despite your correction, did your comment have anything to do with the 4pc bonus?
I already answered whether to get 4pt9. I was mostly speaking with regards to my earlier suggestions that he might want a bit more mana regen via Ephemeral Snowflake or Solace of the Defeated (which is what I assumed you were responding to).

What's your in 5SR mana regen? Are you using regen trinkets? Are you innervating yourself or someone else? How many healers do you run with? Are you doing anything besides spamming rejuv (i.e. LB/Regrowth/Nourish on the tanks)?
I'm at 386 mp5 on my character sheet plus Solace of the Defeated and if I want to innervate someone else (like say an Arcane Mage for Festergut) or if I have to drop into any sort of heavy tank healing (i.e. if a tank healer gets Mark of the Champion or several of them get bone spiked) I can run sometimes into problems.
I'm not saying that mana tends to be a huge issue, and in some fights in ICC it doesn't matter at all but with 340 mana regen and no regen trinkets, the OP would probably struggle in certain fights in there, or at least not be benefiting the raid as much as he could (by not having innervate available for someone else).

I wouldnt go into ICC without aatleast 800 mp5. (buffed) Im personally running with 1057 fully buffed. My trinkets are Ephemeral Snowflake + Spark of Hope.
LOL...no, you are not running that much mp/5. You may have that much OOC regen, which is pointless...hover over your regen to see what your mp/5 actually is (something around 450 or so judging by your gear level).
