Ruphen laughed, surprised at the modesty of the historian.
"I have nothing else to do, and I'd rather get away from this town. I've been stuck here too long," he replied.
"Just tell me when you'd like to leave, and I'll gather my supplies to go with you," Ruphen finished, beginning to conjure some mana gems for the trip ahead.

Kisstra
Pandaria
Kisstra smiled at the elf. "Well, I have around three days provisions in my pack, and my sketchbooks. That's all I need, so I'm good to go when you are. It's nice to meet a friend on this foreign island, Ruphen."

"Friend?"
he thought, not hearing anyone call him that since before he crashed onto this island.
"Well, nice to meet someone as well that I can actually talk to," he said, putting the remaining gems in his pocket.
"I don't have anything of value left back in this town, so we could just leave now," Ruphen suggested.

Master Historian Kisstra
Pandaria
Kisstra smiled. "Lead the way." The two began walking, and for a few moments, neither spoke. Then, Kisstra broke the silence. "So tell me a bit about yourself Ruphen. I'd be nice to know who I'm going to be traveling with," she laughed.

Ruphen's mind went blank, turning to her now.
"Oh why does this always happen?"
he thought, trying to think of what to say.
"Well, I grew up back in Eversong Forest before I crashed here. I had trained for a while as a mage, wasn't the best or worst, but I got by," he said, not able to think of the details at the moment.
"And you? What else should I know besides you aspire to be a historian?" he asked.

Master Historian Kisstra
Pandaria
Kisstra couldn't help but laugh. "Aspire? No, I've worked my elven butt off to get where I am today, among the Master Historians of SIlvermoon. I just simply strive to know more, and continue writing tomes and books about history. Pandaria was thought of to be a myth, so it brings me great happiness that I can learn about it and write."
Kisstra thought for a moment. "Well... my parents wanted me to be a priestess. I tried, but I just didn't care to be honest. I went to a top, private school in Silvermoon, but I ended up getting expelled. I wasn't allowed reading books about the Alliance and history, but I did anyways. History and reading is what I've always loved." She chuckled a bit. "I'm sorry, I'm talking too much."

"No no," he said, interested at Kisstra's past, "a top school? How did you get your hands on Alliance books in the first place?" he asked, more intrigued with her now.

Pandaria
The historian smiled at his curiosity. "Yes, the Silvermoon Academy of the Light. My parents were both very wealthy, and could afford to send me there, not that I wanted to go in the first place." She made a face and adjusted her glasses, slipping her sketchbook into her pack.
"My parents had a small collection of books about wars and such told from the Alliance prospective, and I would steal them and stay up late to read. They didn't notice, they were hardly home. I also ended up making friends with one of the librarians who let me borrow some books that many people didn't know were even there. I had to be sneaky and not get caught." She laughed. "I'm glad I don't have to worry about that now."

"Aye, doesn't seem we're getting off this island any time soon, so the hatred between the two factions are long behind us," he said, stepping over a rock along with a few series of branches that littered the path.
"Well, what got you into drawing then?" he asked, not really sure how history and her sketches seemed to be linked.

Pandaria
Kisstra smiled again at his question. "Keeping track of things. It helps me learn and remember things more accurately if I have visuals." She stepped over the branches, trailing slightly behind him. The wind was starting to pick up, and clouds were beginning to roll in from all sides of the island.
Looks like it's going to rain..
she mused. "What about you? What are you hobbies besides making pretty gems?"

Ruphen chuckled, turning to the blood elf.
"Well, often just toying with spells and explosives in specific. All in good fun of course," he said, glancing up and seeing the clouds getting darker.
"This weather is worse then Stranglethorn," he said, beginning to use arcane force to sweep aside the constant bits and pieces of debris in there way.

"Well, just do me a favour and don't blow up my books," she laughed, picking her pace up so she could walk beside him. "So why were you on the zeppelin that ended up crashing? Where were you headed?"

"I was trying to get to some other mages of Dalaran. I was suppose to aid them in making sure Dalaran won't fall to the ground, but seems they'll be handling that themselves now," he said.
"And don't worry, I'll avoid using fire spells," he said, smiling at her.

Sanji Thunderblade
Zhanshi
Sanji was back at his usual post, overlooking the marketplace. Today was a calm day, not much of thieves and muggers out and about. He spied two of his guards walking through the marketplace engaged in conversation. Meera was a geomancer and Kitor was a promising pikeman.
They'll be wife and husband before long
, Sanji thought as they approached him.
"Sanji-san, is it true what we hear, of outsiders in Pandaria?" Kitor asked.
"Indeed, and not far from here. Their ship crashed near Mishi," Sanji replied.
Like many young pandaren, Kitor and Meera had never seen people from outside Pandaria.
After having thought about it, Sanji was a little excited about recent events. It gave him a vague itch for adventuring again, reminding him of his days in Azeroth among such exotic cultures.
((OOC - kinda useless post, just wanna get some action in Zhanshi already :) but anyways, I'm off to bed soon...))
