Lol, really? That was a good reason to necro this? (Yes this is a question.)
I made a thread that encourages people to ask me stuff. I was browsing through my old threads, and saw this one, and figured I'd better check it to see if there was anything unanswered. I saw the question, saw that it wasn't a troll, and figured I owed it a response.
The thread can sink now as far as I'm concerned. If people still want to ask me non trollish questions, then I will continue to answer. If not, good riddance.

hey mytie, if u were my closest friend. i would show you the secret to make 30,000 a month playing blackjack.
I think friendships are wroth more than money. I'm very selective who I let close to me.
Besides, even I realize it takes a strong and tolerant person to be my close friend.

What would you say is the probability of me (or anyone else) being able to write a post of greater than 3 paragraphs in length on an Off-Topic discussion topic, that all of you, Adamsm and Hyperspacerebel agree with / can find no fault with?

Probably nigh zilch, to be honest.

Honestly, I don't believe you are correct about your blackjack method. I'm not much of a gambler anyway.

I think there are a great many things you could write on that we would all agree on. I'd say that you, Adamsm, HSR, and I all agree on most things. It is only the very controversial topics that we differ on, and that is why we discuss them. We never talk about things we all agree on. That would be boring.

heh, if u buy me a 6 pack sierra nevada of ur choice, i'll let u use my money to play.. that'll give u the confidence to play.
that also brings back from my lame as s friend. this is the friend that i grew up with and one of my best friends
he joined a.... life insurance company.. he told me he's making 2,000 a week because he recruited this many people.. the cost to join the business is abuot 600, and he wasn't willing to pay for my start up expenses.
if i'm 100% confident that a system works, i'll even use my own money to help you. ooh and btw, my friend who makes 2,000 a week is still driving the same 1992 geo metro and also working a minimum wage job...
MLM is a scam.
We might be friends pudge, but I'm the most skeptical person on earth. Once I was ripped off by my dad... for a LOT of money. Now I don't trust anyone. Edit: except my wife.

He bought a .25 of a million dollar house under my name, and then didn't make payments. He then used a power of attorney to quit claim deed the house to his name, leaving me with just a mortgage and no asset. My family's farm is now in peril. He then stopped returning my phone calls, and had me trespassed from the premises.

It taught me to be cautious. But in all honesty, I'm not bothered by it. I mean, I am quite able to discuss it openly. I don't lose sleep over it. Money is just money. I really place a low value on it. It is a tool to get stuff done, and I'm never left with want.
I place my strength in my physical health, and in my family, and in my God. Every life has problems. This is one of my problems. I'll deal with it, and move on, and not allow it to bother me further than it has to.
