Corgan is horrible.
I dislike a lot of the mods around here - but every single one I can say something good about. Arideni is easily one of the nicest mods. Starkie does a good job. MoD, despite his temper tantrums in other sites, pays enough attention. I don't really like skyfire personally, but he's entertaining to tlak to and works hard. Malgayne is great, despite his agreeing with Corgan. But Corgan - he doesn't have one redeeming value.
Again, I would like to point out that I think he's something that MoD is going to edit out so I'm not even going to say it, and he might not do the best job at modding the forums, he still does an adequate amount.
If I only knew him from the forums, I'd think he's horrible too. But he does know when to lay off and do his job.

no. he doesn't.
Well, I'm not going to argue with an ignorant person who wont listen to reasoning.
But enough about Corgan, didn't we have more important e-drama to talk about?
edit: Corgan also tells everyone to suck a weiner. He has an odd sense of humor. It takes time to get used to.

We're talking about how "horrible" the mods are, which seems to pertain to the thread.

meh, any particular forum that has no real point besides being random eventually devolves into this, its inevitable.
P:C is nice, we have voted-in mods, better separation of spam from reason, and a nice community, but if we get as popular as wowhead or /b/ (not saying that we will) i would imagine the same thing would happen to us.
Oh, GOD.
Randomness was meant to just be a board for threads that aren't about anything covered by other boards (i.e. non-WoW stuff), NOT just a bunch of randomness. The board name was, honestly, a poor choice by the mods, and it's far too late now to change it.
Do
not
claim that Randomness is meant for randomness. I'm fairly certain Malgayne (or someone else with influence) said this board was meant for off-topic stuff, not just randomness.
^ This.
Also, sup absolmorph?

Randomness doesn't have horrible pornographic shock images... about the worst thing you'll see here is this annoying ad for a mormon chat site.

@ The post below me - It's probably too difficult to moderate, like you said. This is the forum that's posted on the most, by far, after all.

But it seems that randomness is the least moderated forum these days, either that or its overwhelming to moderate (Most likely this) and so this rush of...stuff.. is choking the original place. Kind of like how rust ruins metal slowly.

i lol'd.
if you honestly don't understand what I mean, I meant like the community, and in comparison to *old person voice* The Glory Days, compared to /b/'s "glory days," etc. etc.

The nostalgia is strong (maybe) in this one.
"glory days"
Fennrahn, most of the internet that isn't heavily moderated (i.e Something Awful) is rapidly degrading due to the inflow of idiots, children, and trolls. The idiots and children post stupid &*!@, and the trolls post stupid !@#$ right back at them, making a giant circlejerk of failure. There's porn getting thrown in people's faces out of nowhere, sellouts, misinformation, overprotection, and, as I said, idiocy flowing in at a rate where it is becoming too much for the bit of the internet that was like that before. Some of that already small group have left thanks to this, and if it keeps up, the internet will be a giant rule34 except for a few decent sites here and there before 2020, in my opinion.
Holy #$%^, that was the least retarded sounding wall of text I've ever made. /proud

How about we change the name to serious business and make a new forum for all the games?
You're simply hysterical.
