If we're talking BG PvP, then it's fine, however for arena's you should really only be casting Healing Wave with the Nature's Swiftness combo, so I'd put the first 5 into reduced mana cost of totems if you intend on doing Arenas.
Otherwise, looks good, fitting the 5/5 into our new Toughness is a BIG plus.

I'd rather go with Improved Healing Wave than Totemic Focus. I agree, you don't cast Healing Wave a lot. However, when you use the drink bug (Google it for more information, too lazy to explain), it's easier and more effective.
I'm also not really into the new Toughness. That's 1400hp at the most + you lack incredibly useful talents.
Until Blizzard fix shamans in PvP, we need Mana Tide. If we're getting trained, we're not gonna outlast any healer (We have to switch Water Shield for Earth Shield). It's easier if our partner is getting trained as we can drink + keep water shield up.
Put 1 point in Ancestral Healing. A junk debuff can be extremely handy in a few situations.
Healing Grace is mandatory. Two of our three major glyphs are useless without Earth Shield.
I would also max Ancestral Awakening and Improved Shields.
Switch Healing Wave glyph for Earth Shield glyph.
Those are the 2 specs I use / would use :
