- "So, Dralas, back to the question, do you have feeling for Aelnon? Maybe I can give you some advice?" Varis said smiling.
"Feeling? I told her I loved her in front of her and all that witnessed" Dralas said, Varis now rubbing his head looking down.
"And I found out it was nothing... that I probaly should have just kept my mouth shut" Dralas said, now laying back down on the bed staring at the ceiling.

Sigh, I've put this off long enough, I should go and find Dralas and talk about this.
She thought, staring up at the moonlit night.
On second thought, no. It's been far too long since I've relaxed in the starlight and actually able to feel it.
Her mind made up, she headed off towards the Memorial park. Once there, she slid off her helm, gloves and boots and just leaned back on a bench and relaxed.

- "Think about it" Varis said. Dralas sighed and closed his eyes.
"I've thought about it for days, and all that ended up with is just horrible results.."
Dralas thought, rubbing his eyes. Dralas legs were feeling better now, and decided it would help get his mind off of this now if he went to stretch and get use to his legs again.
"Alright guys, I'll be going on a walk around Dalaran. Just going to exercise my legs and get the feeling back. I'll be back in a bit" Dralas said, sliding off the bed and walking out the door. He walked downstairs and out the inn door, looking up to see the moon high in the sky.

Aelnon relaxed with her eyes closed, just enjoying the sounds of the night. She heard the sound of boot falls, that came to the entrance of the park falter and start to walk away.
"Dralas, it's a free park. Feel free to sit down anyway you wish. I'll leave you be, you leave me be if that's what you wish." She called softly, knowing he'd hear her, thought she kept her eyes closed not looking over so as not to force him to do something he didn't want to.
There was silence for a few moments, then the boots entered the park and there was the creak of someone sitting down. Dralas sat in silence for a few moments, though she could hear him shifting around in nervousness.
If he doesn't speak soon, I'm going to hit him.
She thought, smiling slightly.

- Dralas sat in silence, looking up at the moon.
"What should I say? Nothing? No no, that wouldn't help. Then again saying nothing may have helped out earlier.."
Dralas thought, a million thoughts rushing through his head at once.
"Just say something soon"
Dralas thought, putting his fingers on the sides of his temples and rubbing them to relieve what headache he had left.

Fine, he won't saying anything, let's make him.
She thought, a wicked smile playing on her lips. Aelnon jumped to her feet, making Dralas jump in shock. Laughing quietly, she jumped forward onto her hands and began to walk along, her legs straight up, keeping her perfectly balanced.
She heard the sound of a smothered chuckle, and kept at it, going from the handstand into a a few somersaults, going back up onto her hands and did a little spin, then leaped back forward onto her feet and did a little shuffle dance. After that, she went into a few cartwheel's. finally hearing the human laughing.
She fell forward then rolled up onto her hooves and walked over to him. "Well atleast I know you can still laugh." She said, pulling a water bottle from one of the many pockets in her cloak and taking a sip, then offered him one which he declined. Aelnon sat down beside him and let him start talking when he was ready.

- Dralas couldn't help but laugh at Aelnon while she was doing her flips and tricks. He didn't know why she was doing them, but it didn't matter too much. She sat back down on the bench and offered him a drink, but he didn't want anything to drink.
"Soo.." Dralas said, looking back at Aelnon, who was being bathed in moonlight.
"Oh why does that have to happen"
Dralas thought now turning his body fully.
"I really don't know what there is to say at this point... I mean I know there is.. that. But it seems that was ended rather quickly.." Dralas said, wondering still if he should keep talking or just make up some excuse and walk off.

"Dralas stop. Your just going to work yourself up again and descend into that spirial." Aelnon said, leaning forward on her knees and resting her chin in her hands.
"I have a story to tell you, just listen and say nothing please." Aelnon said and began to consider how she would say this.
"I was born on the Oshu'gun, and grew up running around with the Naaru's as our watchers. I met my other half when we we're only 200 years old." She saw him flinch slighty at the reference to her age. "He and I had many happy days on that ship. Then the assault came. During that point, we we were seperated, my family being placed in one escape vessel, my soulmate in the other."
"We crashed on Draenor, and it took us time for those scattered to rejoin. For a long time, many centuries I thought he was gone. It turns out his father was injured so he was unwilling to leave his home in Terrokkar Forest. We two rebonded about 65 years before the start of the Orc war. I was happy, coming home to him after my missions......." She trailed off, remembering.
"Then, the War, and the battle of Shattrah; a truly hellish time. During the battle for the city, I saw my father cut down trying to save my mother who was working on the healers. She was killed soon after, then I saw my mate murdered by a warlock." She grew quiet, then looked at him from the corner of her eye.
"After his death, I withdrew, only reason I continued to live was for my sisters. But after that I knew I was doomed to walk this world alone. And considering our long lives, I will be alone for a long time. But I have found those I care about, such as you, Valinaria, even the strange combination of Varis/Nathadan. My family is still the first place in my heart. I can never love you like you love you me Dralas, but I will be your friend for the rest of your life." She finished her story and waited to see what he would say.

- "So be it then" Dralas said sighing.
"I have to accept your choice, and I will not question it. But just know this, I cannot change the way I feel, and I doubt either of us will let this go unforgotten. But I will respect your opinion and value your friendship" Dralas said now leaning back on the bench.
"Just never again will I get in a mess like this"
Dralas thought staring up into the sky. He could not change his feeling for her, but he could control how he acted at least around her.

Do not! Never use your powers like that!
She thought, using force to make sure she understood that.
He's finally come to term, everyone needs pain like this Valinaria.
She thought again, being a little softer this time.
"I wouldn't expect you to Dralas. Besides, think of it this way, when your 80 and on your death bed, I'd still look like this." Aelnon chuckled and nudge the human. "So, care to try to summon your sword now or would you rather wait?" she asked looking over at him.

- "So, care to try to summon your sword now or would you rather wait?" Aelnon said. Dralas almost flinched at the suggestion, his head instantly once again going back to thinking that all of this was just some cruel way of getting the blade. But he quickly tossed that thought away, believing that it wasn't true.
"I guess having two deaths for people you love is more then enough.."
Dralas thought, although Dralas was compelled to put up some arguement against that, he didn't.
"Well.. I guess I could try.." Dralas said, realizing he never did tell Aelnon what he had been doing since they last met.
"I hope she doesn't find out how low I had gotten over this.."
Dralas thought, now getting up. Dralas lifted his hand and focused, trying to summon some unknown blade. Nothing happened and he only stood there looking like an idiot.
"Its no use right now.. I don't know what I'm doing wrong.." Dralas said, letting his hands go to his side.

Aelnon walked away from him, placed her hammer head down with the hilt sticking up then walked over the human who looked confused. She smiled and said "Watch."
She held out her hand and merely thought for a moment and the weapon lifted upwards and flew to her outstretched hand. "When your summoning a weapon, you have to want it to come to you with all your soul. Think about, the other times it has appeared you've been in mortal danger." She braced herself, centering her form then suddenly spun the hammer arcing around, aiming for him. "Summon it now lad, or your going to get smashed.
((ooc - she'll pull the blow so it only taps you at the last second if you dont want to summon your blade Dralas.))

- Dralas eyes widened as the huge mace came down on him. Suddenly before Aelnon could even react, her mace had been disarmed and was off to her side. Dralas had a blade in his hand, a long sword that was a foot shy of his height. The blade had etches all along it and its width was large for any sword. It glowed a yellow pulse and three holes, each that looked like it was in the shape of a star, formed the shape of a triangle near the hilt of the blade.
Dralas stared at the huge sword, in dismay and did not know what had happened, how he managed to react that quickly was beyond his senses.
"What is this thing.." Dralas said looking at it, wondering if he should place it down.

"Oh Hell!" She cried out as the hammer flew towards the memorial statue of the Archmage. Aelnon held out her hand and drew the weapon back to her.
She turned back to Dralas, a massive smile on her lips. "I figured that would work." She said, placing a hand on his shoulder and steering him over to a bench. "Sit, rest, and have some water. It's always draining using the weapon for the first time." She handed him her water bottle then went over where her boots, gloves and helm were.
She pulled all by the helm then took a seat near Dralas again, who still looked stunned. "You did good lad, very good." She said and he nodded still slightly in shock.
He'll learn to control it yet.
Aelnon thought with a smile.

- "Th.. thanks" Dralas responded, looking at the sword. Dralas looked at the blade more carefully, noticing the curve at the end of the blade that made it look like a both ends of his blade met with a curve going from outside to going inside the blade.
"I need some rest.." Dralas said, picking up the blade and holding it with both hands. Dralas still felt like he needed time to adjust to all the changes that had taken place within the last hour, everything so changing.
Dralas turned back around before stepping anywhere and looked back at Aelnon.
"Sorry if that was sudden.. just everything happening.." Dralas said, hoping for some sort of sign of approval that he could leave, even though he knew he didn't have to wait for one.

Aelnon laughed low, then tossed Dralas a salute. "Dismissed Private Dralas." She chuckled and waved good night then headed off as well. "Till tomorrow Warrior, we're going to have see if you can use that sword or not!" She called over her shoulder as she headed off to Hero's Rest to relax with a good novel before sleep.
Well that went well. Just need to make sure he doesn't fall back to the Lich King or any other evil. I refuse to lose anymore of my friends to the Darkness.
Aelnon thought, her gaze steeling slightly.

- Dralas arrived inside his bedroom. He saw Valinaria was gone and Varis was asleep on the second bed in the room, twitching every once in a while. Dralas sighed as he placed his new blade carefully against the wall and taking off his shirt before he went into the bed. The bed was wet from the ice that had melted on it, so he had to take off all the blankets and sheets, leaving nothing but a matress.
"If only this had worked out better though.."
Dralas thought thinking of Aelnon. He knew that in time he would get over this, but for now he had couldn't help himself much.
