Here is the latest ui experiment. The more I played with the horizontal layout across the bottom of the screen the less I liked it and I had something similar to this a few years back and decided to try this kind of layout again.
So here is my latest experiment on my hunter. The right side looks more even with my toons that are higher level, have more buttons/spells/pets to use to fill in the space. I still need to move the sldt bagspace tracker to the right a bit.
Hunter
This is the same layout on my lower level pali. It isn't at a high enough level to use all the button spaces yet but this shot shows the cast bars and hud and whatnot.
Pali
When in a party the party frames line up along the bottom of the screen between the two ui frames in the corners. I'll see if I can get a shot of that before to terribly long.

That's my old UI, here's the new one:

What do you think? Took some ideas from here, and I think it's pretty nice now.
Feedback would be appreciated.

I like the default action bars, but X-Perl is a huge improvement over the default UI :)
Looks like you need
pError
. =)

X-Perl is a big nono imo
xperl isnt that bad. but the way
most
people leave it (like the pic above) is just revolting.
if you take the time configuring it aswell it can become really nice. like mine :)

Even if people say stuff like "dont use blabla" or "get rid of blabla" you should use addons that _you_ like. (thats why I said "or just stick with X-Perl if you like it" in my post)
Still, most of the time the people ask for criticism
themselves
, and usually the X-Perl/SexyMap comments are almost inevitable if you ask for criticism and use those. :<

woot,
example from above xD
^ is what i hate! install the addon and just leave it. its absolutely ugly and...just...bad.
where as if u spend ~30mins tops in configuring it to look like
this
it just looks more appealing...... (old UI, dont kill me!)
