/cast MI
/in 25 /s MI soon finished
(or whatever you want the char to say. the /in 25 will make the action happen 25 seconds after, so its 5 seconds before the 30 sec timer you wanted, giving you a warning when it fades. You can also make it /in 30 or any amount of seconds you want really :p)
edit: i dont know of any addon that would track it, try google. this was my best shot at something at least... hehe

Unless they changed things or unless it's due to it being in a chat channel, you cant put a delay in a macro. It's protected by blizz. Try DBM (deadly boss mod) I haven't messed around with the options much but I know you can put your own timer on it such as haveing the timer start when you cast MI and it has a visible bar counting down till it expires. Again haven't used it lately but Quartz used to be able to do the same thing. Hope this helps.

Chat is not a protected function and can use the /in command from any ACE based addon.

/cast Mirror Image
/sw 25
/script Stopwatch_Play()
This will set the stopwatch timer to 25 seconds and start it counting down. When it reaches zero you will hear the little egg timer 'ding'.
