Hey. I'm a prot pally and ijust copied myself over to the PTR. Now i ahvent been into uldar yet but i was wondering, how many creatures in there actually are stunnable? Are any bosses? Is it really worth specing into Imp. HoJ and JotJ to have our CD on HoJ down to 20 secs? I could see its effectiveness in PvP, but is it worth anything PvE raiding and instance wise?

I've not been to Ulduar either, but it's almost certain that the bosses aren't stunnable. Remember that HoJ has an interrupt component also, separate from the stun, so it's still useful for stun-immune casters. That is, if you can fit it into your rotation. In a raid environment there will be other classes there to interrupt, and you'll likely be using a 969 rotation on bosses, which won't give you a free GCD to cast HoJ. On trash and in 5-mans you'll probably have more opportunity to use it.
So, how useful that is is up to the individual. Point-wise, there's a choice involving Improved HoJ, Divine Sacrifice/Guardian, and Divinity. Your role will determine which of those are the best investments. For prot PvP (maybe not as crazy as it sounds), Guardian's Favor and Stoicism are options. Reckoning is also in the mix, but it's not a terribly strong talent.
