Pretty much a 50/50 split for any of the BGs. I've noticed some trends during certain times of the day, but I'd be willing to wager it's within a few percent of an even split either way over all.
edit - speaking only for the level 80 bracket, no clue about the lower ones.

Ditto on Nightfall, typically you'll win as much as lose for any given battleground at 80... well, maybe not AV. Us Alliance were around 70/30 at 70, but I haven't played it since Strands came out...

-Can't say alot, because 1 man can make difference to whole BG, more or less.
Pretty much when I am there (Feral Druid POWER) with couple tactic macroes and najs flag bringing etc... Winning chance on good day is 95% and on worse around 60%. Think it's close to 50% with just random people (slight pvp event working, much middlefield ganking etc.)

Alterac Valley: Horde dominated, however Alliance can string a few wins together.
Arathi Basin: Even contest, both factions can dominate this battleground. Really depends on the day, but Horde seem to do better at night.
Eye of the Storm: Usually Alliance dominated
Strand of the Ancients: Alliance dominated almost constantly.
Warsong Gulch: Same as Arathi Basin

Our Bg's differ by which one is chosen. Alliance usually win EoTS, and almost always win AV (usually we start outnumbered).
Arathi Basin and Warsong gulch are usually split 50/50 with alliance winning more often at less popular gaming hours.
Horde almost always wins Strand of the Ancients, I am not sure why this is.
At levels below 80 alliance almost always win due to greater amount of players. (It took me 11 AV matches to get an icy barbed spear on an alt.)
While is does tick me off that many of our BG losses are due to being outnumbered, this can be solved by just making a pre-made group or playing strand, which is the most honor per hour anyways.

AV is Alliance 100%. usually only 8 horde join. we have full team. wotlk pretty much destroyed av.
WSG is horde. thats all they ever play
AB is 50/50. Mainly full of premades

We dominate all brackets except AV, and that's because no horde queues up for it. (can't blame em, av sux)
