To be honest, I admire religious people, especially Christians. Their ability to believe that no matter how things happen, no matter how horrible life can be, that there's an omnibenevolent, onmipotent and omniscent god that oversees everything and cares personally about everything that happens is stunning to me. I wish I had that.

believing that with all my strength of will, was what made me survive Sabaneta when I was there.
If there's a hell, I doubt it can get that much worst than that prison. Maybe believing something this unlikely, such as an omnibenevolent, onmipotent and omniscent God that oversees everything and cares personally about everything that happens IS a bit crazy, but that's what faith is about. Believing that which cannot be believed, despite of the lack of proof. And clinging to that belief even on your darkest times, can be an unbelievably STRONG beacon of hope that can see you through the roughest parts of your life.
Speaking from experience here.

So, change of topic: Gonna be seeing a metric crap ton of Night Elf monks in the Expansion; so far, they have the best looking animations for fighting to me, even better then the Pandaren's heh.

I don't pray very often but I did when I was homesick staying over at a friend's house for the first time and it was comforting.
Not quite like being in prison, lol.

I'd prefer to call it faith and think of it as something to admire.

I never caught on to faith. I was raised in a Christian home (totally relaxed and free of choice), but it never worked out for me. I just let it slip with the years.

A cynic may call it ignorance, and wonder why you would want that. And to those types of people, you just smile and nod, and walk away, leaving them to their own belief.

Fun fact, HsR is no longer religious. He's quite enjoyable now.
