My guild just started up on EoE 10 man (course we can't do it properly yet since we just started, but we did manage to get it to the beginning of the second phase). I know there's still some things with Naxx I need, such as a proper Wand, Offhand, Head, Ring and Weap. (A lot, I know, haha.) But yeah, would my current set even be any real good in EoE or anywhere better than 25 man Naxx?

I'd link my Wow-heros, but there's no link to.

Performance wise, would I be up to task though?
I did change my
Cannoneer's Fuselighter
for a
Sundial of the Exiled
just a few minutes ago, if you want to recheck.

You're definitely up to par for any 10s raiding outside possible ulduar 10 hard modes.
Anyone that says different is looking for speed farming runs full of 25s geared toons.
The trinket switch was a good one - congrats on that :)
I'd seriously investigate making a
hat of wintry doom
- getting that meta socket is HUGE!
Plus, the 44 bump in hit will be of great assistance to you since you're not yet hit capped.
Don't worry as much about the spell power difference just yet - you also need to account for red gem so you're really only "losing" a very small amount of spell power for the very very very vital meta gem and the hit rating.
cheers.
edit: If possible, run spell power + spirit purple gems to activate the meta. If necessary gem for hit, but after that - gem for spell power, and then spell power + crit/haste. If you've got about 55% crit to Fireball with full raid buffs, glyphs, and talents, you want to be sure to use haste.
FYI buffs include 9% (fire tree talents), 3% focus magic from another mage, 3% focus magic proc, 5% scorch-series debuff, 5% moonkin aura/elemental shaman, 3% totem of wrath/ret, 5% fireball glyph + 3% imp scorch talent - that's 36% right there.
Well I just got a
Cowl of Winged Fear
which beats both my current
Cowl of Vindictive Captain
and the one you linked
Hat of Wintry Doom
Would you suggest I put in Hit gems for this one? Or haste?
I do use
Arcanum of Burning Mysteries

@tutsumi, if you're hit capped, go haste.. if you're not, GET THERE. lol... also keep in mind your raid composition when going for hit cap. if there's a boomkin/spriest there that's 3% less hit you need. draenei in the group is another 1% less hit needed. you're looking for 17% total from talents, raid buffs, and gear. (note that when you mouse over your hit, it won't show the percentage that you get from talents, just what you get from gear)

Hi
I'm pretty new to fire, since changing from arcane i have seen a dps reduction of around 200. I've been to a couple of ulduar raids so far, read some forums on rotations and gear. I'm hit capped now, although i never noticed any misses when I was 50 points short.
Can you check out my armory and give me some feedback?
my rotation pretty much involves keep LB up - FB spam - Pyro on proc, rinse repeat. Maybe i missed some fundemental note, but i used to be pushing top of the dps table and now i'm lucky to sit in 4th. Maybe they are getting better =) but i'm always looking to improve
Thank you for any help or advice you can give.

from one thing i noticed, it looks like you had to change some of your gear out to reach the hit cap. Let me ask you this.. Do you raid with a boomkin or shadow priest? If the answer is yes, then guess what, you can drop a whole 3% off of your hit rating altogether! (which means replacing that mark of the war prisoner for a better trinket). You also had to put hit/SP gems in your belt instead of straight SP gems.
also, drop the SP/Resil shoulder enchant for the
sons of hodir
enchant. Granted, 15 crit isn't that much, but fire is much more crit dependant than arcane.
Other than that, your gear looks good.(You actually have more SP than i do, but it's prolly cause of the JC gems lol) It takes time to get used to the fire rotation, but make sure you're keeping the improved scorch debuff up on the boss
all the time
. it may lower your dps in the first 10 seconds of the fight, but that extra 5% crit chance is
HUGE
for your hot streak procs.
