When you are on the giant in Sholazar Basin killing 200 Scourge and the 3 big guys. I was on the guy with the AOE(I didn't know you had to move out of the AOE). He was down to like 50k health, I had 10k health with 6k mana, pop both attacks on him, my giant dies... So my pet goes on him, for like 3 hits.... :/ I pop ALL my cooldowns, I didn't care, I killed him with like 300 health.

I'm not a big fan of PvP, seeing as I play on a PvE server. And it may have something to do with that I'm a girl. :P
So mostly I'm a run-away! type of person. I pop Chains of Ice, and if they're a caster class, Anti-Magic Shell, then Icebound Fortitude, with Bone Shield.
Immunity and increased defense ftw.

I met a NE warrior on a mountain in SP. I wanted to fight him, so I flagged myself and we began fighting. I used regular druid tactics if things go sour, CC and heal. He must've potioned or something, cause he also gained a bit of life while I healed myself. Anyway, he was about 15% and he jumped off the peak and died. Pretty funny.

I was level 79, trying to solo a 75 elite three person group quest, called Warlard Wanton, I assumed he had about 50k health, no big deal. 126k....... So I enter combat, going through my rotation getting hit 2k. (I'm a DK). At low health i pot, chains of ice and run and bandaid. He comes back to me and almost kills, me, but my ghoul managed to take him down. I have 19k health, ended with 780.

As a druid, every time I find myself in an unwanted pvp encounter, I head strait for water. I seal form, then dive down until I put enough distance between the two of us for me to pop cat and stealth.
If I'm feeling up to it, I then turn around and get the opening on them, in their slightly drowned state. Back when breath wasn't what it is now, I used to have great sucess beating my opponents thanks to them drowning, but now it rarely comes down to that unless they're a particullarly resilient paladin.
With path of frost, however, I tend to try to gain some distance before preforming a spectacular seal to bird shift, flowing smoothly from water to air with a grace that deathknights just can't beat. I'm aware of my limitations, and of their ability to deathgrip.
I have, on a few other occasions, leapt of great cliffs, but the cliffs have to be quite high for me to escape, as I need at least 5 seconds of out of combat to shift into bird form.
