I'm currently using the following build with the DnD, Death Strike, and VB glyphs:
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=jcEMqI0IcbMzzAZhxbzZcgBasically using a disease, HS, DS rotation. My main question is, would I get more benefit moving the Morbidity points to Annihilation and using IT, PS, OB, HSxinfinite? Re-glyphing for Obliterate would, I assume, give more dps/threat straight off... would the loss of self-healing be negligible? Lacking experience with it first hand, just hit 80 with the DK alt, but it certainly doesn't seem like it'd be a huge loss for Heroics and on. Maybe soloing, but meh.
Given the change to Sudden Doom, was considering rolling with this (given the previous change) in 3.1:
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=jcEMqh0Ic0MtzAZhxbzhZ0gI just wish I could fit both Abom's Might and Blood Aura into it. Any thoughts there? Toyed with the idea of dropping 2 points from Blood Gorged to get there.
Also, going to drop the DnD glyph for Rune strike. Feel a bit silly with it as Blood now that I think about it.

Blood Gorge could be replaced with Morbidity and blood aura..
DnD on 15 sec cooldown could help u in certain situations and DC is also good Damage/Threat r for u. And it buff's the new sudden doom proc.
47/14/10Rotation's well blood miss out on Howling Blast or Unholy Blight.
I would use DnD with blood tanking, other wise the AoE dps players would get the aggro. Morbidity allows u to use it more often.
Make sure u have Deathrunes up for a second DnD :
DnD > Pest (other target, for refresh on ur main target) > 2x HS to help u keep aggro an multiple target's.
(DnD should pick the normal rune's above deathrunes)
*note:
This is with more than 2 mobs in mind..
Only 2 mobs ? than u dont need a second DnD. HS and/or 1xPest is sufficient for 2 mobs. Aslong as u have 4 deathrune's ;)
I'm not familiar with blood tanking, but this is what i would do when i was a blood tank.
