You need 2 healers minimum for heroic(unless ofc you have a full tier guild and a healer that is decked and dps pushing 4-5k religiously with no slackers in the raid at all). And it's pretty hard to heal with 2 healers. If you do it with a resto druid/holy pally, it's easier, but we usually do it with dual holy pallies, or pally/shaman. It's harder to heal 2 targets with a shaman back there tho. You and the "tank" are too spread apart.
The way I heal it, stand near the center(but not close enough to get both marks), and beacon self while healing the "tank". At 2 or 3 marks, "tanks" swap, and healers move to the other side respectively.
If you can find a holy pally that can heal 8-9k casts every 2-3 seconds on 2 targets for an extended amount of time by himself, let me know. It's hard enough keeping one up with FoL spam at 2100 sp. You would have to spam HL alternately to get it done. In that case, your guild better be damn fast at killing the front bosses, or have a shaman and ret pally tanking back there to keep the regen flowing.
Possible? Yes.
Possible on first attempt? No.
IMO, the only way would be to do it the 10 man way(1 tank, one really really good holy pala). Beacon pala, spam "tank". Hope he's got some type of mitigation(holy/prot spec) and can hold his mana long enough to get it done. The front would have to get it done in one swap, because moving and doing this would be horribly hard for a paladin to pull off.
