The likely reason the OP skipped DP is because for all entrance raiders, DP is overwritten by other classes buffs.
disc DS gives 155 spell power, flametongue totem gives more (170 i think from memory). Totem of wrath from ele shammies give 280. No entrance raider has enough spellpower to overwrite the 280 spell power buff from ToW.
To the OP, if you have a close look at your build, you have taken a lot of points in deep demo and affliction that give you relatively little benefit. Sadly, meta is bad for raiding at the moment. From where your build is at the moment, you're really better to just go stock standard FG/ember.

That 0/41/30 spec is not really maximizing DPS. This
9/41/21
would be even stronger in terms of stronger damage
You're giving up +15% fire damage from Emberstorm and +10% fire damage most of the time from Molten Core to boost only CoA and Corruption by just 10%.
How is that better DPS?

no. if you want imp healthstones take the points out of master conjurer. that talent is so bad it's perfect for the job.

As ever there seems to be ongoing confusion as to what build is best suited to what. Now I'm not going to preach or say that I know all because I do not. If you want clear concise advise then there are a few very knowledgeable lock guru's on here, asakawa, wowtheorycraft, gorefiend, irharry to name but a few.
However I just want to clarify a few things.
The typical cookie cutter build as show in the sticky seems to be either deep affliction or the FG/ember builds.
There is regular talk of the meta build but I haven't done sufficient testing to see if this a viable build in a raid. Great for soloing but outside of that I don't know enough about the numbers to warrant it.
On a different matter. Spell hit. Back in the days of BC, hit gear was only readily available on high level / end game items. In WOTLK this is now very easy to come by, I have only been level 80 some 10 days now and I have 353 hit + 3/3 cataclysm which effectively gives me 16.46% chance to hit (With destruction based spells at least). I can say these items were pretty easy to come by, quest items, rep items & the odd crafted epic.
And finally - Shadow or fire.
Again back in the BC days shadow was the way locks rolled above all else. To simplify, if you're affliction then you spam dots and SB's. Of the other builds you spam what dots you have and Immolate / Incinerate.
Thats all from me :-)

if you find that you do more with 9/41/21 and SBs than 0/41/30 and incinerates then i can say, with some certainty, that you weren't playing 41/30 correctly.
aside from the 15% boost in fire damage you're vastly underestimating the .25 second cast time reduction. .25 seconds is a 10% reduction in cast time which equates to a 10% increase in incinerate's potential damage. this means that for 5 talent points the main nuke in that build (often making up 70% of the damage of that spec) is increased by ~25% (this is slightly dodgy maths but illustrates the point well enough).
if you can't make that work for you then you're doing something wrong.
the important thing here is that you play however you want but i don't want casual readers of this thread to go away with the idea that your build and rotation are at all viable for any serious level of play. they aren't.
