No need to have Death Rune Mastery. What blood abilities were you going to use with all those death runes?
Also, you have scourge strike. there's no need to buff Obliterate, you'll just use SS. All Annihilation is giving you is crit which you can get on your 3rd point in Ebon Plaguebringer and/or Dark Conviction.
I'd also suggest Bone Armor since you're already that deep. 1 point gives you 2% more damage, just as good as the points you put into 2h spec.
