As a holy paladin, I just put frost resistance aura on in ten man and that's more than enough to keep the healing fairly easy. As far as I know no one brings frost resist gear to that boss in my guild and I've never noticed it to be a problem.

No, retris don't really need as much hit rating as other melee dsp because of our spells. 5% or something is enought for hit cap.
And btw, 10man sapph does not need any FR except the pala aura

No. This is how bad, bad vibes start. "5% or something is enough for hit cap" is extremely wrong. The hit cap is, and will be, 8%.
HOWEVER (this is a big however), retribution paladins do NOT need to get the hit cap. We toss around 5% hit, because you'll be around there simply from gear. It is not a requirement and it is not the cap. It just is where we usually end up. And it's fine that we do, because gemming/enchanting for hit is not as good as gemming/enchanting for pure strength/ap.
Carry on.
