What rotation do I use as a level 72 Warlock specced 21/41/0 or Siphon Life and Felguard in PVE grinding.levelling?
- Do I just use immolate, curse of agony, corruption, siphon life tab to next mob and just multi-dot?
- Or skip the immolate?
- Or dont pull too many mobs?
- Or am I suppose to just single kill enemies?
Anyways my old rotation was immolate, curse of agony, corruption, shadowbolt then lifetap.
Also if I go full affliction later on at level 79 or so do I use Demon Armor or Fel Armor? (currently using Fel Armor as 21/41/0)
Thanks in advance.

Fel armor lets you kill stuff quicker. Use it.
My personal rotation as your spec while i was leveing was CoA>Corr>SiLi>Immo>LT>Drain Life for single targets.
If i pulled adds i'd just dot them all up and drain life the one with highest health. I don't think i ever used SB while leveling.
Just my two cents.

The
Frozen
Shadoweave
Set
is excellent for drain-tanking with SiLi/FG, especially now there's no cooldown on Shadowcloth.
With health returns from SiLi, Fel Armor and the FSW set you can really grind through the mobs.

levelling is a big part of learning to play. getting to the point where pressing those buttons is absolutely second-nature is very important.
reliance on castsequence makes you a worse player. play without them and play better.

I think individual key bindings are good, you'll be using them in dungeons, so why not start getting used to them now?
My setup for SiLi/FG drain-tanking:
+--------+--------+--------+--------+
¦ Death ¦ Howl ¦ Drain ¦ Drain ¦
¦ Coil/ ¦ of ¦ Life ¦ Soul ¦
¦ Fear ¦ Terror ¦ ¦ ¦
+--------+--------+--------+--------+--------+
¦ ¦ Siphon ¦ Curse ¦ ¦ Life ¦
¦ SBolt ¦ Life ¦ of ¦ Corr ¦ Tap ¦
¦ ¦ ¦ Agony ¦ ¦ ¦
+--------+--------+--------+--------+--------+
All the keys are in easy reach and I can modify my casting sequence on the fly, for example when Nightfall procs, which it does a lot when drain-tanking.
DC/Fear are only there for anti-ganking as I play on a PvP realm.
/petattack is macroed into SiLi, CoA and Corr; both my SP trinkets are macroed into SiLi (my opener).

I used a similar spec and setup.
my rotation was almost automatic but not on macro.
Send in FG > SiLi > CoA > Corr > Imo (opt) >LifeTap
Then I would tab to a new target, rinse and repeat.
If i was running short of life I would skip Immolate and DL untill the target died or I was full before moving on. With this I was able to just grind on mobs with no downtime. Sometimes the FG would lose agro on one or two but if you kept at range by the time they get to you the get in about 1 hit which would be healed by the next tick of SiLi and then they die.
For me this worked fine on any mobs up to about Lvl +2 for anyhting bigger I would maybe throw in a SB.
That is just my 2 cents but this worked well for grinding and questing for me.
