Go to the head section, they're the suggested ones. And never restrict yourself to mail-armor. Don't be afraid to get Cloth/Leather gear.

That link is for
pre-raid
gear. As I understand it, the OP is looking for the next epic upgrade from his
Helm of Lightning Halls
(which I currently have as Resto too). However, 2Fang is correct in not restricting yourself to Mail gear only. From my research, the next epic helm upgrade I currently have my sights set on is the
Cowl of Sheet Lightning
, which you can see is Cloth, from 10-man Naxxramas. Given the stats and name, this has Shaman written all over it. That's the one I really want but there may be also be some epic helm upgrades in Leather as well that you may find suitable.
EDIT: aw crap, my mistake. I didn't see that last question the OP asked. The link 2Fang gave IS what you're looking for then, and as you can see there aren't any epic mail helms pre-Naxx outside of PvP and engineering.
