well, your gear looks like you just got to 80 and started raiding so, of course, better gear will help. getting level 80 gear will be a start and gemming and enchanting your 80 gear would be a good idea. the gems you used in your belt of blasting make me want to cry. you should check the sticky on stats to see details on how you should gem your gear.
you talents are a little misspent. your current build is like 0/41/30 gone a bit wrong so, assuming you like having a felguard and nuking, i would suggest you look up felguard/emberstorm in the talent sticky. it will perform a lot better than your current build.

Asakawa as always is right. Gear isn't awful, its where you should be when starting raiding. Gemming is pretty bad though. Probably want to consider gemming with just SP gems.
Also the spec he recommended is really good. Affliction is good, and its king if you can master the rotation without clipping dots. My personal opinion is that the Fel/Ember spec can do similar dps to that of affliction and is much easier for the novice user, me included. If you are hardcore and are honestly devoted to learning the rotation, then go for it. At worst you waste 100g on respec and reglyph? Give her a go!

Thanks .. and i was also thinking about affliction . I heard now its making some huge dps in raids.I've looked some of the forums read so many posts but i havent got a good idea on my mind.I hope you can give me some info about it...
Affliction has the highest dps capabilities available to warlocks, but its also the most situational, and most demanding spec to play. Give it a try, but be aware that it may not be the best for you personally.
