I would take the 2 points in Ghost Wolf and put it somewhere else like Elemental Weapons. I took out points in my Healing Way and put em in Healing focus, but it depends on how you like to heal. Do you use HW as you main healing then keep those points. I personally use ES > RT > LHW.
On gear I would get these crafted if you can:

http://www.wowhead.com/?item=41609Again you don't need these but they do help tremendously but you'll need higher healing SP or healing heroics will be a little hard.

I'm quoting myself from another thread. -_-
I'm really tired of having to write this, so I have a place where I can copy/paste it from. :o
Restoration-
While elemental weapons may seem like a major boost to hps for Restoration shaman, the scaling of spellpower coefficients makes this very misleading. The math below will show that the increase from elemental weapons will mostly result in overhealing and will not create a significant boost in hps for shaman. Because effective healing is measured separate from overhealing,it does not scale, and most shaman do not calculate their heals below the hundreds, it is essentially a worthless talent. It gives 15 extra bonus healing per point with a total of 45.
Chain Heal
1.34*45=60.3 extra healing on the first jump of chain heal
.67*45=30.15 on the second jump
.335*45=15.075 on the third jump
2.345*45=105.525 if you get 3 jumps
Healing Wave
1.6106*45=72.477
Lesser Healing Wave
0.8082*45=36.369
Riptide
1.30*45=58.5 Total
.4*45=8 Initial Hit.
Because the bonus is below 100, and as a healer you won't be using that low of a number when telling who to heal, elemental weapons is useless.
Anything that is on
this list that is not found in a heroic can be an easily attainable option(especially the ones from group quests and craftables/rep gear.)
