Wondering if that item you are going to loot is better that the one you got? Check these links

See what you need to upgrade. Focus on easy heroic - badge - rep items first. Youll be suprsised with the upgrades you can get without going to raids.
This is entirely taken from simcraft. I only isolated warlocks and posted it here because I see a lot of people asking what to get next.
If you are hit capped just remove the hit rating filter by clicking "remove" and apply filter again.
This is a general guide. Hit rating is the most important stat until you are caped.

Those are messed up results, it's acting up as if hit rating is what you should stack, not counting up until 368. With the current gear that is 'the best', hit is already on it, so you don't need to socket for it. So your results will be skewed, as they will favor hit over everything else.
It's also getting the wrong gems for each piece (25 SP, 2% int), which gives me more reason to think these are wrong for destro.
The only thing you can do in the end is just decide on your own which you think is better, because there's too many spreadsheets of loot that aren't accurate.

well, if you're hit capped then just remove hit from the weightings.
honestly though, these things are just a useful guide, no more. wowhead is a cool site but i think lootrank does this better. however, even that site just ranks gear and unless your weightings are way off it's going to put things in a rough order which will be generally correct.
don't take it too seriously and don't do anything because a gear ranking site told you to but if you want to see what's the best piece you're likely to get in a slot without getting into a raid (for example) they can be very useful.
